Psychotherapy

How long have you been doing this? I've been in the mental health field since 2017, and I've been providing psychotherapy for clients since 2022. 

What is your speciality? I am a trained generalist, which means I have experience and training across a wide range of issues. This allows me to work with a wide range of clients on issues ranging from substance use, disordered eating, anxiety, trauma, to relationship challenges and more.

Do you work with children and families? No, I only work with adults in individual therapy. 

Do you offer in-person therapy? No, I only offer teletherapy. 

How do I get started? You may fill out this form so that we can schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation. If it feels like a good fit, we'll agree on a time for our initial session and I'll send a link to connect to the client portal where you can fill out the necessary paperwork.

Reiki

How long have you been practicing Reiki? I have been practicing Reiki since 2017, and I became a Reiki Master Practitioner in 2024. 

Do I have to get Reiki with psychotherapy? No, it's completely optional. 

What are your Reiki fees? It’s $40 for 20 minutes and $55 for 30 minutes. Your first 20 minute session is complimentary.

Do you offer reduced fee rates for Reiki? No. 

What if I want a Reiki session outside of therapy? Currently, I only offer Reiki to established psychotherapy clients after therapy sessions. 

Fees

What is your psychotherapy fee? $155 for a 45/50 minute session.

Do you offer reduced fees? Yes—for $25, $50, and $75—but there is a waitlist. 

Do you take insurance? No, but I do provide superbills (a detailed receipt) for insurance reimbursement.

How does that work? You pay me directly. I give you a superbill at the end of each month. You submit it to insurance. Your insurance (potentially) reimburses part of the cost.

How will I know if my insurance takes superbills? You will have to call your insurance company and ask the following questions:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • Is prior authorization required?

  • Do I need to pay an annual deductible first?

  • What is the reimbursement rate?

  • Are there any session limits per year?

  • What information is needed on the superbill?

  • How do I submit the superbill (online, mail, app)?

  • How long does it take to be reimbursed?
